Arterial Network’s third international conference on the African Creative Economy (ACEC).

Taking place in Cape Town, South Africa, from 6 to 9 October 2013, the ACEC is a platform for international stakeholders and cultural  practitioners  to explore the state of the creative sector within a broader geopolitical and economic context.  Leading policy-makers, economists, academics and creative entrepreneurs will join over 350 delegates  from Africa and beyond to drive debate and riveting discussion on the  creative industries.

A week long African Creative Market will run parallel to the conference showcasing African movies, craft,  fashion,  design, literature, music and dance.
