A4 Arts Foundation, Cape Town, South Africa
Deadline: 04 August 2021
A4 Arts Foundation is hiring a Studio Production Manager (SPM).
What?
You will be responsible for guiding a diverse portfolio of projects to completion at the highest level of professional conduct and practice.
This entails realising Projects and Processes conceptualised by the Curatorial Studio that may take the the form of Exhibitions, Artist-Residencies, Events, Workshops, Schools’ Programmes, Printed Matter and Digital.
A4 Arts Foundation is a not-for-profit laboratory for the arts that invites practitioners to prototype and iterate, working with the resources of our curatorial studio. Who?
You are a dynamic problem-solver. You are a strategist, a ‘do-er’, who can clearly and methodically plot the course of action that takes the ideas generated within the curatorial studio, and bring them to life.

In this way, you are a communicator par excellence: a multi-tasker who likes to work on the ground in the brick and mortar making of the exhibition, and effortlessly feedback to artists and curators.
