The open call for applications for the 2023 cycle of Black Rock Senegal a multidisciplinary artist-in-residency program located in Dakar, Senegal is open from January 12th until March 12th, 2023. All applications must be submitted before 11:59 PM (EST) on March 12th, 2023.

Applications submitted after this deadline will not be considered. All applications must be submitted digitally through the online application portal found on their website or click here to apply.
Please note, applicants will be prompted to create a login to access the portal, which will also allow you to save versions of your application and contact technical support. If you created a login to apply last year, you can use the same login details to apply for the new 2023 season.

2. Current CV

3. Portfolio Works (Description and Images)

Please note, the number of portfolio works required changes depending on your selected medium on the first page of the application.

Interested applicants should submit all required materials via the online application form. Please note applications that do not follow the guidelines will not be accepted. There is no fee for submitting an application.
