SPACE and LUX launches a new collaborative residency programme based at LUX and the new SPACE-run cultural venue, The White Building, London’s centre for art, technology and sustainability.

Proposals are invited from artists to undertake a research-based residency within the LUX collection, Europe’s largest collection of artists’ film and video, leading to the creation of new work and the production of a series of events during the residency period at The White Building.

Residency Period

15 January 2014 – 31 March 2014

On Offer: 

– £1200 Honorarium

– £600 Production Budget

–  £1000 (up to) for event-based outcomes

 – Access to a shared studio for up to 3 months at the White Building, based in Hackney Wick

 – Access to the LUX collection Curatorial and professional development support and opportunities from both SPACE and LUX staff

 – Travel and accommodation is not included
