The Regulars’ Table with Julia Grosse, Yvette Mutumba and Taylor Aldridge

The Regulars’ Table with Julia Grosse, Yvette Mutumba and Taylor Aldridge
29 October 2018
The Scarab Club and the Room Project present The Regular’s Table: a monthly series of intimate, informal conversations. The Regulars’ Table is back for a second season, and they’ve got good things in store! Join them on an intimate conversation on “Critical Freedom” with special guests Julia Grosse and Yvette Mutumba of Contemporary And and Taylor Aldridge of ARTS.BLACK Journal. About the Regulars’ Table: The German word Stammtisch can be translated into English as “regular’s table.” It is an invitation to friends—to gather round a table and talk, philosophize, dream, rant, play cards. The regular’s table is a symbol of community and conversation. Founded by Stefany Anne Golberg and curated by Tash Moore, the Regulars’ Table brings together artists, thinkers, and dabblers and asks them to talk to each other about subjects close to their hearts. It is a conversation between strangers on the way to becoming friends. The event takes place on Saturday evening, 24 November, 2018 at 6pm at The Scarab Club in connection with the C& Critical Writing Workshop to be held at The Room Project, 26-28 November. roomproject.orgscarabclub.org
