Studio Olafur Eliasson is looking for a Social Media & Communication Assistant (D/F/M). As a Social Media and Communications Assistant, you will work closely with the Head of Communications and team to provide important context on Olafur Eliasson’s broad practice, which spans research and experimental activities, exhibitions, artworks, and individual projects.
The communications team at Studio Olafur Eliasson looks after all aspects of public relations from text production, press work, social media, marketing, merchandise and documentation.
Working directly with the Head of Communications and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for updating communication schedules, responding to incoming requests, and scheduling engaging social media content. Studio Olafur Eliasson is looking for an individual who is happy to follow and work with their current social media style.
With knowledge of database systems and archiving, you will professionally organise and prepare texts and images, alongside caption information, to share with external parties. You will keep track of media requests and archive images and press coverage.
With a good understanding of documentation, you will ensure that exhibitions and projects are photographed and filmed to fit studio guidelines. Working with the communications and exhibitions teams, you will steer, review, and approve image usage for marketing material and social media content.
Limited fixed-term contract: 01.10.2024 – 31.03.2025
Employment: Part-Time/ Full-time (32h – 40h per week)
