Call for Submissions for Emerging Artists

Alliance Française Lagos/Mike Adenuga Centre presents the 2022 edition of the call for submissions for emerging artists. Alliance Française supports local artists & showcases contemporary art on an international platform.

Selection criteria: visuals artists, curators, cultural practitioners, sounds artists, singers, musicians, dancers, digital creatives, writers… If you work with singular or diverse media, you are welcome to apply!

Alliance Française Lagos/Mike Adenuga Centre invite artists to submit their portfolio and fill a form HERE. The form could also be found on their website afnigeria.org in the link of their bio.

Registration is free.

Submission Deadline: Wednesday, March 16th 2022 at midnight (WAT)

Shortlisted participants will be notified via email on Wednesday, April 6th 2022 and will be presented the opportunity of a meeting to discuss their projects.

Artists will be selected to showcase their works in this year’s programming at Alliance Française’s space (auditorium/amphitheatre/gallery/library).

The portfolio should contain a comprehensive body of work or individual series that gives good insight into your artistic approach.
