Art Night Trailers – ONLINE

Art Night is an annual all-night contemporary art festival which invites a leading cultural institution or curator each year to explore the history, culture and architecture of a different part of London – inspiring a series of new commissions, one off events and premieres by international and local artists from all stages of their careers.

To mark Art Night’s original 2020 date and to celebrate the Festival’s fifth anniversary, Art Night will present ‘Trailers’ on Saturday 20th June, between 7pm and 12am BST, coinciding with this year’s Summer Solstice.

‘Trailers’ is a series of short online works by the 10 artists in the postponed festival programme: Oona Doherty, Sonya Dyer, Adham Faramawy, The Guerrilla Girls, Mark Leckey, Isabel Lewis, OOMK, Imran Perretta and Paul Purgas, Philomène Pirecki, and Alberta Whittle. Works include video, sound, text, performance and downloadable materials.

‘Trailers’ is an Art Night project supported by the Arts Council England Emergency Fund for Organisations. Art Night would like to thank it’s 2021 partners for their continued support.

Art Night presents ‘Trailers’ online on 20 June 2020 from 7pm BST.
