“A Volatile Viewing of Videos from Benin”

Kulturforum Sud-Nord invites to: “A Volatile Viewing of Videos from Benin”.
The four 7 min. films that will be shown on tablets and lap-tops are the results of a community-based documentary film workshop with Idrissou Mora Kpai, held from Nov. 1-10th 2014 in Cotonou, Benin, on the topic of land-grabbing and food security. This workshop was organized by the Kulturforum Sud-Nord and supported by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Prince Claus Fund. The film workshop on land-grabbing and food security is part of Kulturforum’s workshop series „Empathetic Eyes“. In addition, short video works by Séraphin Zounyekpe and others will be on view.
