Abigail Galindo is a 55-year-old trans woman, born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. She is a photographer and activist who has been part of the trans and LGBTTTIQ+ community for 39 years. Her work has centered on the promotion and defense of human rights of trans people and those living with HIV, combining social activism with artistic practices. She is the co-founder and co-director of the Archivo Honduras Cuir.
