ArtRio announces that applications for its fifth edition are now open. The fair will take place from September 9 to 13, and once again it will be held at Pier Mauá, in the port region of Rio de Janeiro, facing the Guanabara Bay and its breathtaking view.

More than 100 prestigious art galleries participated in the 2014 edition of ArtRio. The presence of visitors including collectors, curators, artists and critics from across the globe has made ArtRio the most important art fair in Latin America.

With the invaluable support from local institutions, the city of Rio de Janeiro has become a hub of the contemporary art scene during ArtRio week, featuring important exhibition openings and art events throughout the city.

Applications for the PANORAMA and VISTA are open. PANORAMA is for established modern and contemporary art galleries. VISTA focuses on emerging artists and newer galleries.

Applications are available exclusively on the ArtRio website.

Application deadline is February 13, 2015.
