Black History Month: SACRED DRUMS OF LIBERATION

Every year in February many countries around the world celebrate the Black History Month with events on Black culture and history. This year the Werkstatt der Kulturen celebrates the Black History Month under the theme 'Sacred Drums of Liberation - Music, Religion and Resistance in Africa and the African Diaspora in 1884, 1904, 1964 and 1994'.
